Chris Brown & Drake Not Charged In Nightclub Brawl Case

The two stars get off clean...
TMZ reports that Chris Brown and Drake won't be facing any criminal charges for their alleged involvement in a braw at WIP nightclubl on June 14th in New York City. There wasn't enough evidence to move the case forward. Police have concluded their investigation into the incident and no criminal charges will be filed against anyone.
The main issue for investigators was that the club's surveillance video was too dark and blurry to use. The interviews conducted by the NYPD were also inconclusive.
Brown ended up with injuries to his face due to a flying bottle (which was allegedly thrown at him from Drake's table) and others were injured in the brawl as well.
NBA star Tony Parker has sued the club and is asking for $20 million in damages as he claims his eye was injured in the brawl.
