She has backed down...
TMZ reports that Nate Dogg's wife LaToya Calvin has withdrawn her petition to control his estate.
Dogg didn't leave a will when he died, so Calvin was in charge of his estate and filed documents in August asking his mother, Ruth Homes, to be named her co-administrator. Nate's children were upset with the move, and thought both women were only doing it for the money. Calvin withdrew the petition earlier this month.
Her lawyer: "Nate's children wanted a 'professional administration' and Ruth and LaToya decided to withdraw to avoid conflict with the children."
Sources close to his children say they are "ecstatic". It's unknown who is in charge of the estate now.
