Justin Bieber Wants Lawsuit Dismissed From Woman Who Suffered Hearing Loss At Concert

TMZ reports that Justin Bieber's lawyers have filed documents asking for a lawsuit to be dismissed against him from a woman that claimed to have hearing loss after one of his concerts.
A mother named Stacey Betts sued Bieber for $9.23 million, claiming her hearing was damaged at a 2010 concert when Bieber "enticed the crowd" into screaming. Bieber says that there's no way he could have known "pointing to a crowd" would create a "sound blast". The documents also state that Betts lawsuit fails to say that Bieber has any responsibility to stop screaming fans.
