Boy George Says Mexican Citizens Are Targeting Him with Hate Mail

Over mistranslated Tweets...
Boy George says that several residents of Mexico are sending him hate mail after he Tweeted about the country's new president and was mistranslated in the Mexican media. TMZ reports that George is blocking several Mexicans from Twitter after they send him hate mail.
According to George's rep, he Tweeted about the Mexican election, posting:
Mexico has a hot new president and I hope he is good for the country!
The tweet ended up mistranslated by Mexican media outlets and came out as:
So the Mexican president is a tyrant. Well, if that's true Mexico needs good wishes.
George now says he has been slammed with tons of negative tweets and is now "blocking anyone who annoys me by calling me 'racist' or mentioning 'presidents.'" His rep said that he has noting against the Mexican people, saying allegations that he is blocking Mexicans is a "ridiculous situation [blown] out of proportion about nothing...George has no political motivation or even knows anything about the candidates involved or their history, it was simply a good luck to the whole country."
