UPDATEDx2: Lindsay Lohan Shows Up Unexpectedly At The Wanted Concert

UPDATE 2:TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan went on the road with The Wanted on their tour bus.
Max George sources claim that Lohan is now in Boston with The Wanted group for their show tonight. Lohan got there by riding with the band on their luxury bus as Max's guest. The story has also now changed that Max George apparently did invite Lohan backstage in Philadelphia for the Jingle Ball last night.
According to a source, Max "doesn't want a girlfriend, and is a single guy ... but doesn't mind having Lindsay around."
UPDATE 1:TMZ reports that Max George is not dating Lindsay Lohan according to sources close to The Wanted singer.
The report also states if Max George was the one who invited Lohan backstage to the Jingle Ball concert in Philadelphia last night, he's not owning up to it. Allegedly, Max had no idea she was planning to come.
According to sources, Max reportedly has no desire to be in a relationship right now including with Lindsay Lohan. He recently broke up with British actress Michelle Keegan.

She had a VIP pass to the Jingle Ball, and was seen signing autographs for fans. It's unknown if she got to spend time with Max this time.
The last time she tried getting close to him, she got drunk, rejected and ended up getting arrested after fighting with a woman outside of a New York City nightclub.
