She's living up to her Twitter handle...
Perez Hilton managed to obtain a photo from Ke$ha's Twitter account in which she is seen performing what appears to be oral sex on an unidentified male.
The photo was quickly removed, but you can see it here, but keep in mind it is obviously not safe for work.
