Fox is airing a two-hour semi-final for The X-Factor. NBC, CBS, and ABC are carrying on with normal evening schedules for Wednesday. The concert will air on CBS' New York affiliate station WLNY in-TV and the CW station in Philadelphia. Some local PBS stations in New York and New Jersey will also show the broadcast.

The live webcast of the event is available on 30 different websites including: YouTube, MTV.com, MySpace, Yahoo, Yahoo, Vevo, AOL, Hulu, People.com and BMI.com. The webcast will also be carried at the event's homepage, 121212concert.org.

The broadcast will be available around the world. MTV and VH1 are broadcasting the concert in Canada, Latin America, the U.K., France, Australia and dozens of other countries. Numerous other channels will show the concert as well across Asia.
