Courtney Love Not Happy About Nirvana Reunion at Hurricane Sandy Benefit Concert
Posted by Jeffrey Harris on 12.12.2012

TMZ reports that Courtney Love is none too pleased with Sir Paul McCartney filling in for Kurt Cobain on vocals for a Nirvana reunion tonight at the 12-12-12 Hurricane Sandy benefit concert at the Madison square Garden.

Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic are also playing their first show together in 20 years at the concert. Love, Cobain's widow, says she is not "amused" about McCartney's involvement. She also stated, "Look, if John were alive it would be cool."

Love is also reportedly upset at Novoselic and Grohl for calling tonight's show a reunion for Nirvana since according to Love, Cobain was the heart and soul of the band. McCartney and the band are also planning on playing a new song they wrote together. It's not yet known if they will cover any classic Nirvana songs.
