TMZ reports that Justin Bieber dumped his pet hamster on an unsuspecting fan.
Some grainy video footage has surfaced which takes place after the Jingle Ball at the Philips Arena on Wednesday night. Bieber was seen walking up to a group of screaming fans and signing autographs. Then he he handed his hamster cage to a girl in the crowd and said, "That's all you."
The video also has Justin saying to the girl saying, "You gotta take care of PAC." The girl then screams back, "I will take care of him!"
