Pitchfork reports that representatives of Odd Future have responded to claims that they beat up a 17-year-old fan, which was initially covered by TMZ.
The incident happened during their December 8 show in San Antonio, Texas. Representatives claim that the accuser, Chassan Rasagi, threw the first punch. They also sent screenshots from Rasagi's Twitter account, in which he acknowledges throwing the first punch, brags about the paycheck he'll get from suing and discussing his TMZ coverage. He also plugged a clothing line.
