Conrad Murray Wants Out Of Prison While He Appeals His Conviction

And he wants out now...
TMZ reports that Dr. Conrad Murray wants out of prison while he appeals his conviction, according to court documents.
Murray was found guilty of killing Michael Jackson and has been in jail since he was convicted thirteen months ago. He claims that he is not a flight risk because he has a small child who lives in Los Angeles. He also says he doesn't pose a danger to the community and believes he was wrongly convicted.
Murray tried this before and was denied, but he's entitled to try again.
