Janet Jackson is getting married. Billboard reports that Janet has become engaged to Qatari billionaire Wissam Al Mana. The two have been dating since 2010; he is a thirty-seven year-old investor.
The two are planning to wed in the spring. This would be Janet's third marriage following James DeBarge and Rene Elizondo, Jr.
