Charges Dropped Against Man For Trespassing on Taylor Swift's Property

He's in the clear...
A man who was arrested a couple of weeks ago for trespassing on Taylor Swift's property has had all criminal charges dropped. TMZ reports that Jacob Kulke, 24, is skating after he was arrested on December 14th for allegedly jumping a fence near Swift's Nashville home. According to police, he claimed to be Swift's boyfriend and had taken a bus from Wisconsin so that he could be with her on her birthday.
According to Kulke's lawyer, he won't be prosecuted for two reasons. First, Swift's family didn't want the case to proceed; second, Swift's home didn't have "No Trespassing" signs posted at the perimeter and Kulke believed it was fine to enter the property.
