A$AP Rocky Says His New Album Is The Best Record Ever

He's proud of it...
A$AP Rocky told NME that that his new album LongLiveA$AP is "the best fucking record ever". The album will be released in January 2013 and features guest collaborations from Skrillex, Kendrick Lamar, Drake and Florence Welch.
On his New Year's resolutions: "Just to put out the best fucking record ever. I think I've done that so maybe I need another one. I like creative control. I'm passionate about shit, y'know. I like it to be just how I want it."
On his musical preferences: "I have this really eclectic taste. I was always into Motown, The Beatles, Nirvana, all that shit. I like anything with soul - them soul organs. I'm not like a pop fiend or whatever.
On the reason for his delay: "The issue with my album is I got things on it that's so out of this world that it's taking so long to get mastered. That's the issue, and I refuse to take anything off. It's complete, everything is being mastered and cleared right now. Its just so hard to get things cleared, because you got to find people to clear samples."
He was originally set to release the album in September before it was pushed back to October 31. It was then pushed back to this January.
