Ryan Seacrest says that it will be strange to be celebrating New Year's Eve without Dick Clark. Seacrest, who was a protege of Clark's, spoke with Good Morning America (via Us Weekly) about Clark--who passed away in April--and tonight's New Year's Eve ceremony. Check out the highlights:
On hosting without Clark: "Surreal is probably the most appropriate word. You think back 40 years ago he started the tradition...I not only watched him, I used to watch him and study how he hosted these shows."
On Clark: "He was kind of like my guidance counselor. He'd always make you feel like you were his good friend. He was like that in person as well."
