According to TMZ, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West do not want to have a surprise when their baby is born, and plan to find out the sex of the baby as soon as possible. The couple will have testing done as soon as it is medically possible, which is around week 16. Kim is reportedly 12 weeks along at this point.
