Lady Gaga Tour Tickets Being Offered at Deeply-Discounted Rate

It's not selling as well as expected...
Lady Gaga's tour is being named as one of the more anticipated tours of the year, but that isn't stopping ticket sales from being lower than expected. Ticketmaster's partner site StubHub began offering tickets for the Born This Way Ball as low as $23 this morning, a deeply-discounted rate from the $60 to $200 that Ticketmaster is selling regular tickets for.
The show's opening date, which is January 14th in Tacoma, has hundred ot tickets still available via Ticketmaster with tickets also available via StubHub. The tour's San Jose date is doing much better, with all TicketMaster tickets below $175 sold out although there are still hundreds of tickets available for that show via StubHub, some below face value.
Ticketmaster reports that sales are good for the tour overall, and notes that Gaga is one of the few artists who can viably play back-toback dates at the same venue. The tour's 2012 leg was one of the top five grossing tours of the year.
