Ola Ray gets paid...
TMZ reports that Ola Ray, the woman in the music video for Michael Jackson's Thriller, has just settled in her lawsuit against his estate. She received $55,000 while her lawyer was given $20,000.
She filed the suit against Jackson and his production company in May 2009, a month before he died due to breach of contract. She said she was still owed a large portion of the profits from the video. John Landis, the video's director, also sued for the same reasons and has also settled. It's likely he received more than Ray as he wanted over $2 million.
