Rolling Stones Deny Coachella Appearance

Band shoots down rumors...
The Rolling Stones have denied rumors that they would be playing Coachella this year. Mick Jagger told RollingStone.com that despite an appearance at Coachella showing up on the band's iPhone app briefly in December, the band "had not been approached about playing at the festival."
Rumors kicked up later in the day about an appearance when the Coachella Facebook page posted a pic of what looks like a stone in a field, but a rep for the festival has clarified that it is a polo ball.
The band is continuing to tease a tour, with Jagger saying, "I always said that we'd see how this [the December concerts] would go, and then we'd think about doing more -- or not."
