TMZ reports that Justin Bieber's management have a new policy that anyone who takes photos while partying with Justin Bieber will have to turn the photos over at the end.
A sign is placed in areas where Bieber parties that says any photos taken at the party do not belong to the person who took them, but instead belong to Bieber. It's part of the concern that they've shown about Bieber's recent behavior.
A source says that the photos taken of Justin Bieber allegedly smoking a joint were at a party where the sign wasn't visible, because the people who took the photos didn't see one. Bieber's security are also supposed to "manage" the situations like this, but didn't do it this time.
