TMZ reports that Britney Spears is not returning to The X Factor next season. Sources close to Britney considered "unimpeachable" say that while Spears loves the show, she wants to focus on her music. One source said, "Britney loves Simon, she likes Demi Lovato but her thing is music."
Spears is currently recording her eighth studio album with Will.i.am and Hit-Boy, after which she is considering going on tour.
