Glee Star Sued For Sexual Battery

Glee star Mark Salling has been sued by a woman alleging that he committed sexual battery when he forced sex without a condom. TMZ reports that Roxanne Gorzela claims she began dating Salling, who plays Puck on the show, in September of 2010. She adds that they hooked up on March of 2011 and she consented to have sex, but only with a condom. The suit claims that Salling proceeded to penetrate her without one on.
Gorzela says she protested and Salling pulled up, but again penetrated without any protection. Gorzela adds that she went to his home later that month to confront him about her emotional distress and health concerns, only to find him in bed with another woman. When she demanded on the spot that he prove that he had no STDs, Salling allegedly responded by grabbing her and pushing her to the ground. She says she went to the police the same day and filed a report.
