The Kardashian clan are the latest family to fall victim to a swatting prank. As previously reported, everyone from Tom Cruise and Justin Bieber to Ashton Kutcher have been victims of the pranking trend, which sees the police called and falsely told that violent situations are taking place at houses when it isn't the case. TMZ reports that someone placed a 911 call claiming that someone had been shot inside Bruce and Kris Jenner's home and that armed people were still inside.
Sources say that police showed up with helicopters and police on the ground with machine guns; at least fifteen officers were on site and locked down the whole street. The whole thing, of course, turned out to be a hoax. Bruce, Kris, Kylie and Kendall Jenner were all present; cops ordered them out of their house while they searched it.
