The Rolling Stones Won't be Playing at the Coachella Festival This Year
Posted by Jeffrey Harris on 01.19.2013

Rolling Stone Magazine reports that the band The Rolling Stones won't be playing at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival this year according to a source close to the band.

The band had been previously rumored to have a headlining slot at Coachella for several months. According to the source, the band won't be performing there this summer though.

The band recently finished a run of shows in London, New York, and New Jersey before the end of 2012. Singer Mick Jagger and guitarist Keith Richards both talked about playing more live shows this year.
