Katherine Jackson Wants Conrad Murray as a Witness Against AEG

An ironic twist to the case...
TMZ reports that Katherine Jackson is looking to get Conrad Murray on the record in the matter of a wrongful death lawsuit with AEG.
Jackson is currently claiming AEG negligently hired Dr. Conrad Murray and failed to properly supervise him. Reportedly, Jackson wants Murray to explain how the arrangement was made and has subpoenaed Murray who is now in jail. She hopes for Murray to acknowledge how AEG planned to bring him on board.
The lawyers of Murray, Valerie Wass and J. Michael Flanagan are said to be fighting the subpoena to have it tossed on technical grounds A judge could order Murray to the stand, but Jackson doesn't want to antagonize the doctor and make him a hostile witness.
