Justin Bieber's mother is producing a pro-life short film. The short, Crescendo, is executive produced by Pattie Mallette, who is promoting the film as a fund-raising opportunity for pregnancy centers. The film's website says that it will be shown in 100 locations on February 28th.
The film is written and directed by Alonso Alvarez and stars former Miss USA Ali Landry. Mallette, who became pregnant with Bieber at the age of seventeen, is an outspoken pro-life advocate and said of the film that she hopes it will "encourage young women all over the world, just like me, to let them know that there is a place to go, people who will take care of you and a safe home to live in if you are pregnant and think you have nowhere else to turn."
