At the inauguration...
TMZ spoke with former President Jimmy Carter in Washington D.C. before the Presidential Inauguration and he says he's excited to see Beyonce perform the National Anthem.
He was at the Reagan National Airport with his wife Rosalynn when asked about it. He said: "I really am ... I'm looking forward to seeing it. And also the President."
