ABC News Radio reports that auditions for American Idol continued in Chicago. Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj reportedly got along better than usual, though there were said to be some dustups.
Keith Urban at one point said he felt like he was a scratching post between Carey and Minaj. The site adds that forty-six people made it through the auditions to the next stage; among the auditions were Mackenzie Wasner who is the daughter of Vince Gill's piano player Pete Wasner, and Kiara Lanier who sang for President Obama during his birthday fundraiser.
