Justin Bieber's Ferrari Pulled Over Again

He wasn't driving...
TMZ reports that Justin BIeber's Ferrari was once again pulled over by police, but Bieber wasn't driving.
Instead it was a friend named Lil Za, who was pulled over in West Hollywood around 1:30 AM today around 1:30 AM for tinted windows. The driver didn't have a license, so he was put in the squad car. Driving without a license is an arrestable offense. He was instead cited and released.
A month ago, Lil Twist also took the car out for a ride. He was pulled over by police and a photographer was struck and killed by another car watching the traffic stop.
Lil Za flipped off photographers while in the back of the cop car. Watch the traffic stop below.
