Lil Wayne Settles with Company for Missing Concert Due to Allegedly Being Drunk

TMZ reports that Lil Wayne has settled a lawsuit with a company suing him for sleeping through a concert gig in the Bahamas.
Red City Entertainment sued Wayne previously for $432,000 for claiming he ruined their 2009 concert by getting drunk the night before and missed the performance as a result. Wayne claimed at no point did he become so intoxicated he passed out. He insisted the concert was cancelled for another reason.
Legal documents filed in New York say that Wayne and Red City made a deal outside the courtroom and the case was dismissed on January 8.
