Lil Wayne Sued By Fan Over Alleged Skateboard Attack

Lil Wayne is being sued by a fan who says one of Wayne's people smashed him in the head with a skateboard last year. TMZ reports that Alfredo Marino has filed suit against Wayne, claiming that he tried to take a picture of the rapper last May on the streets of Los Angeles. Marino alleges that a man who works for Wayne grabbed a skateboard and hit him over the back of the head.
Marino says he suffered severe injury and is blaming Wayne and Young Money for enabling the assailant. He is suing for unspecified damages.
