Former Korn Drummer Pleads Guilty to DUI

TMZ reports that former Korn drummer David Silveria has pleaded guilty to DUI.
Silveria was arrested in Huntington Beach, California in March. He rear-ended another car and allegedly fled the scene while under the influence of a sleeping pill. He later admitted he was driving while on a sleeping pill and was charged with DUI and hit and run.
He reportedly struck a deal with prosecutors earlier this week. He pled guilty to the DUI charge, and in exchange, the prosecutors dropped the hit and run charge. Silveria was sentenced to three years of informal probation, a three-month first offender program, and he also has to attend a MADD victim impact panel.
