Tim McGraw on Course for 15th Top 10 Album on the Billboard 200 Chart
Posted by Jeffrey Harris on 02.09.2013

Billboard reports that country superstar Tim McGraw will likely get his 15th top 10 album on the Billboard 200 chart next week with the release of his new album Two Lanes of Freedom. The album is on course for a number 2 bow and could sell 100,000 copies by the end of the tracking week on Sunday, February 10.

The album is McGraw's first for Big Machine records after spending his entire career with Curb Records. The label is also the home of Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, and others.

Two Lanes of Freedom definitely on course ot debut at number 1 for the Country Album chart. Nine of McGraw's previous eleven studio albums reached No. 1 on the Country Album charts.

Josh Groban's All That Echoes will likely block McGraw from making the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200. Rounding out the rest of the top 10: the new Now 45 compilation is No. 3, followed by Justin Bieber's Believe Acoustic, Red's new Release the Panic, and Joe Budden's No Love Lost at Nos. 4-6, respectively. Andrea Bocelli's Passione is in the No. 7 slot, Mumford & Sons' Babel is at No. 8 and Bruno Mars' Unorthodox Jukebox is No. 9. Closing out the top 10 is Coheed and Cambria's new The Afterman: Descension at No. 10.
