Dave Grohl Says Grunge Never Went Away
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 02.10.2013

Dave Grohl says that grunge music never died. The Foo Fighters frontman and former Nirvana drummer was participating in a Reddit Q&A to promote his documentary Sound City and was asked by a fan if grunge would ever make a comeback.

Grohl replied, "If you mean loud ass guitars, loud ass drums, and screaming ass vocals? That never went away ding dong."

Sound City, about the legendary Van Nuys, California studio, is available to buy and watch at SoundCityMovie.com. You can also buy or rent it on iTunes.
