Katy Perry's cleavage and Alicia Keys and Kelly Rowland's near-reveals due to sheer clothing all met with CBS' list of standards from the Grammy Awards. A rep for CBS told TMZ that the brow-raising outfits, which were especially eye-catching in the wake of the network's strict memo that outlawed showing too much skin, were approved.
The rep said, "All wardrobe selections passed our standards, if only barely."
