Kimberley Walsh Says She's Noel Gallagher's Favorite Member of Girls Aloud

In an interview with The Sun, Kimberley Walsh said that Noel Gallagher told her she was his favorite member of Girls Aloud. Here are highlights:
On Noel Gallagher inviting her to play at his Teenage Cancer Trust show at the Royal Albert Hall: "Yeah, he called me up out of the blue. It's great that he's involved and is arranging it. It was exciting to speak to him. I was like, ‘Really?' He said I was his favorite (Girls Aloud member) and Sarah wasn't very happy about that."
On if she felt pressure because of other Girls Aloud members going solo before her: "Not really. Cheryl was sort of coaxed into it by Will.i.am and Nicola had a clear idea of what she wanted to do. I didn't feel like I wanted to record an album. I was happy to try out other things. Being in the West End was one of the best things I have done and the girls could see that I was happy in that environment. They knew that I had it in me and would always make jokes about dodgy songs on my iPod."
On who will buy her album: "I'd like to think I'm introducing some younger Girls Aloud fans to musical theatre because I grew up listening to the music. Hopefully, I will get some people who didn't really know the group to buy the album too. I don't really know how people will receive it."
