Beyonce says that there are not enough powerful women in the music industry. The R&B diva recently spoke with The Gentlewoman magazine and said that while she is doing well, there are not enough who take control of their careers.
"I'm controlling my content, controlling my brand and archiving it for my daughter and making sure she has it and she respects it but there's not enough of us that become moguls," she said, noting that before she became the CEO of her own brand, "I just have memories of when there was no air conditioning in the new building and we didn't have an office. It was like camping."
