Akon Being Sued by Company Over "Fantrace" Social Media Website

TMZ reports that hip hop and R&B recording artist Akon is being sued by a company that says he has not paid them for work on his failed social media website.
Atlanta Business Video filed the lawsuit against Akon in Georgia. The company is claiming they were hired by Akon in 2011 to cut video for "Fantrace," but apparently they were never paid. They are reportedly suing Akon for more than $127,000.
"Fantrace" was created by Akon and two business partners who wanted the site to be a Facebook-type of forum where fans could interact with celebrities. ABV says they put in 1,023 hours of work which was worth $127,875.
