Ludacris And Neon Trees To Headline Billboard Launch Party

Billboard reports that Ludacris, Neon Trees and Timeflies will headline the launch party of Billboard's new print, online and iPad editions on February 21. The event takes place at New York City's Stage 48 from 7-9 PM ET with ?uestlove working as DJ.
Timeflies plan to take ideas from fans on Twitter for an on-stage freestyle. You can submit your idea by tweeting @billboard and include #BillboardParty and @timeflies.
