David Bowie to Release New Single This Month

Titled "The Stars (Are Out Tonight)"...
David Bowie's next single is coming this month. Bowie posted on his Facebook page with the date of February 26th along with the name of the song.
The song is the second single off his new album The Next Day, which releases on March 12th. The full tracklist is below:
