Adele Rumored to Be in Talks for Las Vegas Residency

Following in Britney Spears' footsteps...
Adele is the latest pop star rumored to be in talks for a Las Vegas residency. As you may know, Britney Spears has been confirmed to be set for a multi-million dollar residency at a casino in Vegas, possibly with the Caesar Entertainment Group. Now, The Daily Star reports that the woman behind the massive hit album 21 is doing the same. Adele is said to be in favor of a shorter run in Vegas as opposed to a world tour and has been discussing her potential options with Elton John.
"Adele is top of the Vegas hit-list and she's seriously considering it as an option," said the source. "She wants to get back to performing but doesn't want to go on the road so soon after becoming a mum. A Vegas residency would mean she could settle with her family and record her third album all at once. She's been asking for advice from Elton, who has spent years performing at Caesars Palace."
Adele is currently in LA where she is prepping for her Oscar night performance of Skyfall at the award show.
