Conrad Murray Compelled to Testify in Michael Jackson Wrongful Death Suit
Posted by Jeremy Thomas on 02.21.2013

Dr. Conrad Murray has been ordered to testify in Katherine Jackson's wrongful death lawsuit against AEG. TMZ reports that Katherine filed legal documents asking for Murray to be compelled to testify regarding comments he made in his documentary claiming that an AEG head told him that MJ was on "death skid row" and that AEG owned "the toilet paper he wipes his ass with" and"the f**kin' popsicles that his children are sucking on." Murray also claimed that the AEG exec said that if Jackson didn't get the show finished, he was "over."

Katherine believes the testimony will prove that AEG showed negligence in regard to Jackson's condition and thus his life, and that they hired Murray without any regard to Jackson's well-being. Murray had fought the subbpoena for his deposition but will have to do so next month regardless.
