Pitbull Wins Legal Battle Against Lindsay Lohan

He's allowed to mention her name in his song...
TMZ reports that Pitbull won his legal battle with Lindsay Lohan.
In 2011, Lohan sued the rapper for using his name in his hit song "Give Me Everything." The line was "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."
Lohan claimed Pitbull never had permission to use her name in the song and had not right to profit off of it. Today a New York federal judge sided with Pitbull. He ruled that that the song is a work of art and is protected by the 1st amendment, plus Lohan is barely even mentioned in it. The judge dismissed the case.
