According to Google...
CoedMagazine has compiled a list of the most 50 popular women on the web according to Google. And according to Google, number 7 on the list is apparently Justin Bieber who is a teenaged male.
Bieber was beaten out by Britney Spears at Number 6. Rihanna at Number 5. Beyonce at Number 4. Madona at 3. Ke$ha made 2. and Lady Gaga topped the list at Number 1. He did beat out Miley Cyrus who was ranked at Number 8.
