Staples Center Denies Going Vegetarian For Morrissey Concert

Reports get shot down...
Despite reports to the contrary, Los Angeles' Staples Center will not be going meatless for Morrissey's upcoming show. Reports had been circulating that the arena had agreed to close their McDonalds and serve only non-meat products on March 1st when Morrissey, a noted animal rights activist, performs.
However, Staples Center spokesperson Cara Vanderhook told Reuters, "As of right now, there will be meat options for fans." She noted there will also be special set of vegetarian food on sale for the show including vegan sushi and hummus and pita bread.
