Beyonce and Kings of Leon are set to announce V Festival in the UK. Billboard reports that the two acts will headline the Virgin Media-sponsored festival which takes place on August 17th and 18th. Also set for the festival are fun., Ellie Goulding, The Script, Calvin Harris, Jessie J, and Kendrick Lamar.
