It's not Neal's fault she can't get a job...
TMZ reports that Journey guitarist Neal Schon won a court decision over his ex-wife Amber, after a judge stopped her attempt to get an extra $2,758 per month in child support.
She wanted Schon's $3000 per month to be increased to $5,758.90 per month. The two have two children named Aja and Sophia. The two were divorced in Minnesota in 2007.
A family court judge ruled against Amber because the increase was "intended primarily to upgrade her own standard of living." Amber's annual expenses include $7,200 for clothing, $5,760 for a storage locker, $9,600 for birthday parties and $2,400 on postage.
The judge said she could earn up to $36,000 per year on her own if she completed her teaching degree, and it's not Neal's fault she couldn't "obtain any kind of employment."
Neal added: "My concern is with my children and I'm infuriated they are being exploited and used to extort money from me."
