New Daft Punk Photo Confirms Record Deal

NME reports that Daft Punk have released a new photo on their Facebook and official website which confirms their deal with Columbia as the label's logo is on the bottom right hand side.
There had been reports that they signed with the label earlier this year and there are rumors they will release their next album in the spring. The French duo consists of Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo. They left Virgin after signing with them in 1996.
They have been working with Chic's Nile Rodgers, Paul Williams and Giorgio Moroder. Rodgers previously said their fourth album would be out in 2013. Animal Collective's Panda Bear and Feist collaborator Chilly Gonzales have also been rumored to work on the album.
