Don Omar Accused Of Using Yacht For Music Video Without Permission

TMZ reports that don Omar has been accused of illegally filming a yacht with attractive women on it for the music video for his song "Danza Kuduro".
The yacht, called the Le Reve, appears at the 2:15 mark in the video. He finds the women partying on it and they leave to follow him. The problem is that no one asked for permission to use it or film it. Now Omar is being sued by the owner, a Portuguese company for trespass and defamation. It claims it suffered damages after it was used to promote the "fast, lavish, over-the-top lifestyle" in the video.
They are suing Omar, his record company and everyone else involved with the video. Omar's representative says he denies any responsibility for shooting the video at the yacht, and that the recording company is responsible for clearing locations/yacht rentals.
