Suspect Arrested For Killing Usher's Stepson In Jet Ski Accident

TMZ reports that the man who ran over usher's stepson in a Georgia lake last summer, killing him, was arrested this morning.
Jeffrey Simon Hubbard was indicted on Thursday by a Grand Jury in Hall County, Georgia. The district attorney says that Hubbard was indicted for Homicide by Vessel, Serious Injury by Vessel, as well as Reckless Operation of a Vessel.
Tameka Raymond's 11-year-old son Kile Grover suffered severe brain injuries on July 6 when he was hit by the jet ski. He was on an inflatable raft at the time and vacationing with his father Ryan Glover. He was sent to the hospital but never woke up. He died on July 21. Hubbard is being held without bail.
He will go in front of a judge this weekend and a decision will be made on if he can be released on bail.
